Bruise Cruise Tickets = Best Holiday Gift!

Tickets still available. Get yours HERE now!

Why spend the holidays in the cold? Be whisked away to a tropical paradise with your loved one: Get on the Bruise Cruise! The best way to escape the chills this winter is going to be with us. Imagine yourself lounging on a deck, crystal blue water extending as far as your eyes can see, your favorite cocktail in hand, sun beaming down on your back, your favorite band performing mere steps away below deck–this is the vacation you know you deserve.

Bruise Cruise Festival is a rock ‘n’ roll music extravaganza aboard the Carnival Imagination, sailing from Miami to the Bahamas and back February 25-28, 2011. Tickets are on sale now. Bands on board include The Black Lips, Surfer Blood, Vivian Girls, Oh Sees, Strange Boys, Ty Segall, Quintron and Miss Pussycat, Turbo Fruits, Jacuzzi Boys, and DJ Mr. Jonathan Toubin.

Festival organizers Michelle Cable & Jonas Stein have just returned from their “tester cruise” and have much to report. Upon arrival, attendees will be greeted with a bottle of wine in their private cabin and creative towel animals will be waiting for “Bruisers” when they return to their rooms each night. Relax in one of the numerous hot tubs on deck as the sun sets behind you. Dine with your friends and new cruise acquaintances while enjoying another complimentary bottle of wine at one of your dinners. Still hungry? Room service is free and available 24 hours a day: Turkey, Roast-Beef, BLT sandwiches, you name it. Pack your finest threads and don them in the decadent dining halls or crowd around the blackjack tables and try your hand at Texas Holdem. Dance the night away, and then indulge in the all day/all night, on-the-house ice cream machine.

Exhausted with sunbathing on the ship? There will be a full day spent in Nassau, Bahamas during which attendees can explore the island on their own, take part in guided excursions, and even swim with dolphins. On the island, a huge water park at the Atlantis resort is ready to thrill Bruisers with vertical drops and tunnels right through a live shark tank! Slides with names like Leap of Faith will definitely get your adrenaline going.

Bruise Cruise will be announcing a series of events that will occur in Nassau, including the big island party concert at Señor Frog’s, which will feature Bruise Cruise bands and conclude with New York Night Train’s Soul Clap and Dance-Off. Señor Frog’s is only a two-minute walk from the ship! So roll yourself on down to the venue, grab a coconut, and get ready for the Bruiser Island Party. Prepare to conga and make sure to stretch for the limbo contest as the Black Lips break into song. It’s going to be the “spring” break you always wished you had experienced.

Get to know Miami and expose yourself to one of the most bizarre and surreal party atmospheres in the USA. Arrive a day early and attend the Bruise Cruise Festival Kick-Off show on February 24th at Grand Central in Miami, FL. Bruisers attend for free. The event is open to the public and tickets are available now. Black Lips & Surfer Blood just announced on pre-party lineup!

The cruise will include multiple concerts at sea, open-bar cocktail hours, a soul dance-off with cash prizes, and a Puppetry and Pancakes breakfast show with Miss Pussycat. Amenities featured on board include: Gambling, resort-style pools, miniature golf, water parks, spas, fine dining, and more. The price of one ticket will cover all entertainment, lodging, meals, free limited edition vinyl, and even some drinks. Only 400 guests will be able to attend the first Bruise Cruise Festival.

Solo bookings are now also available for potential Bruisers who don’t have a travel buddy.
